 The first recordings of the Imaginary Lines project were done by Ric Albano In the summer and fall of 2004. The result was a 14-song demo consisting of songs written in the late 90s and early 00s. The demo was sent to several studios to find the right fit for a more enhanced project. Half (seven) of the songs were included on 2005's Imaginary Lines I with an eighth ("Twilight of Innocence") ultimately also included on Imaginary Lines 33.
